The movie the Dirties played Detroit in April and this award winning film takes a look at school shootings from the school shooter point of view. Winning the Slamdance festival earlier this year, Matt Johnson (actor, director, producer and popcorn maker) plays a character over the edge. The movie trailer is below and so is my video story for the Oakland Press. The Royal Oak Film Society is an organization that goes one step beyond the usual movie club and brings in the filmmakers and allows them to connect with those that attend the film.  | |
